Ralph S. Altman

Ralph Altman, a Google AdWords Qualified Individual, is the founder and President of SmartWeb Marketing, LLC.  Mr. Altman’s background includes extensive direct marketing, telesales and marketing management experience with a heavy emphasis on new technologies.  As Marketing Director for one of the largest residential property management firms in the Washington, DC area, he implemented an Internet marketing program that currently accounts for over 45% of all new business, has reduced the total cost per customer by 74% and has become a key success factor in the company’s record profits. 

SmartWeb Marketing is a spin-off  from The Computer Doctor , where Altman is Director of IT Services with the Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Small Business Specialist firm.  He has been running successful Google AdWords campaigns since 2006.

Bryanna K. Altman

Bryanna Altman is the Vice President of Operations for SmartWeb Marketing, LLC.    Ms. Altman’s background includes extensive experience in  Information Technology with executive level management in business development, help desk and project management services, working with large corporations and providing solutions through Microsoft Gold Partners.  In 1999 she successfully started her own Managed IT Services firm, The Computer Doctor.  

As a woman owned, small business, The Computer Doctor focuses on assisting small businesses as a “virtual IT department” to outsource or augment their current IT needs. Since inception, the customer base has grown to over two thousand (2,000) customers and The Computer Doctor has achieved the coveted Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status, with recent special competencies earned in Networking Infrastructure Solutions and Information Worker Solutions.

Altman is active in the community, serving as a director on several boards in local business, civic and charitable organizations in Prince William County, Virginia and chaired the Technology and Business Council for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce.
